POLICIES & TERMS

1. SERVICE PRICE

Calculated at the time the customer successfully registers and confirms by Binifarm. Price policy will be adjusted from time to time (Holidays, New Year) and will be notified to customers before paying and using the service. Service price does NOT include air tickets, hotels outside the program, or purchase costs Personal equipment and tips for tour guides. The full service price does not reduce costs in case you do not use the service tent (bring your own), bring your own food, no food, etc.

2. PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION

Within 24 working hours (except holidays, weekends, etc.) from the time the customer makes a reservation, the Receive an email with instructions for registering personal information from Binifarm. Please fill in the information according to the instructions and then an email with payment instructions will be sent is sent to you. Payment can be made via bank transfer within 3 days since receiving the deposit/payment request email. After this period your registration you will be cancelled. Payment is successful, customers will receive a successful response email within 24 working hours (except holidays, weekends, etc.).

3. FORM OF PAYMENT

Bank Transfer: Through the account provided from Binifarm Adventure. Cash Payment: Customers come directly to the Binifarm office.

4. SUCCESSFUL TRIP BOOKING

Please deposit a minimum of 500,000 VND/person to reserve your seat according to the payment information provided by the Team Ong Adventure provided to confirm registration. Pay the remainder 5 days before departure to receive confirmation that you will join the trip submit.

5. TICKETS GIVE UP, TRANSFER:

You can transfer your Ticket to a friend with a service fee of 100,000 VND/transfer. Transfer (Cost includes changing registration information for related services)

6. CHANGES TO REGISTERED ROAD:

You can change to another route by notifying Binifarm before 7 departure day. In favorable conditions (The route has a scheduled departure and has enough seats), Binifarm will support the conversion at no cost to you, you will have to Pay extra or get a refund if the route you change has low or high value than the route you previously registered.

7. DELAY/ RELOCATION OF TRIP

● Delay/reschedule trip from after registration to 06 days from departure date: Free.

● Delay/reschedule flight from 05 days to 04 days compared to departure date: Fee 500,000 VND/ People.

● Delay/reschedule from 03 days to 02 days compared to departure date: Fee 50% of listed price listed.

● Delay/reschedule 1 day from departure date or within departure date: Fee 100% of listed price

Note: You are only allowed to delay/reschedule your flight once. Within 6 months, if If you have not chosen when to use the service, Binifarm will not refund the fee Reserve.

8. CANCELLATION OF SERVICES

● Cancellation from after registration to 06 days from departure date: Fee 500,000 VND/ People.

● Cancellation from 05 days to 04 days before departure date: Fee 30% of listed price

● Cancellation from 03 days to 02 days before departure date: Fee 50% of listed price

● Cancellation from 01 day before departure date or on departure date: 100% fee Listed price

● In case you arrive late for departure time, it will be considered a cancellation on the departure day Warranty: Fee 100% of listed price

Note: During the time your flight is postponed/rescheduled, if you decide to cancel the trip. Condition Cancellation will be calculated based on the time you notify the postponement/reschedule compared to the departure date of the previously registered Road.

9. CANCELLATION POLICY:

For objective conditions leading to flight cancellation such as: natural disasters, storms, floods, big waves, epidemics illness… Binifarm will notify customers as soon as possible and support reservations another trip.
